Spot on means a 90–110 mm stem and up to 25 mm of spacers put your bars within 10 mm of your target. Good fit means within 20 mm, with an 80–120 mm stem and up to 35 mm of spacers.

Questions riders ask first.
How accurate is it?
Accurate enough to choose a frame — which is what it is for. You get a size and a setup with a range around each number, not a millimetre we cannot stand behind: fit is a range, and even experienced fitters do not all put the bars in exactly the same place. If a frame only fits with an unusual setup, the card says so. For dialling in the bike you end up buying, a professional bike fit is still the gold standard.
How does the camera measure me?
Prop your phone upright at about hip height, two to three metres away, and stand still in front of it for about two seconds, feet hip-width apart. Your phone works out your measurements on the device from the median of many frames — the images are never uploaded, only the numbers are saved. No camera, or not in the mood? A tape measure and two minutes work too.
What should I wear when measuring?
Cycling shorts or tights and a fitted top, barefoot, feet hip-width apart, arms slightly away from your body. Loose clothes hide where your legs really are, and that is the number your saddle height depends on.
What happens to my data?
Our servers and database are in the EU, in Belgium, and your data is handled under the GDPR. The AI features run on Google Cloud in Belgium too. Health information is stored only with your consent, encrypted, and you can export or delete everything at any time from your settings. The privacy policy has the details.
Does this replace a bike fit?
No — it gets you onto the right frame before you buy, which a fit cannot fix afterwards. Bring your Framed numbers to a fitter and they start from a frame that already suits you. Framed gives fit and setup advice, not medical advice.
Which brands can I choose from?
Frames from the brands riders actually shop — Specialized, Canyon, Giant, Scott, Cervélo, Pinarello, Bianchi, Ridley, Merida, Wilier and more — matched on their published geometry, each with a link to buy.
